Mandi Foods, Inc. is a food distribution and brokerage firm founded in 1949 by Edward F. DiPasquale.  Today, the company is owned and operated by the DiPasquale family.  From the beginning, Mandi Foods has provided fine imported and domestic cheeses to retail stores.  Mandifoods.com is our first endeavor as a cheese retailer. 

Our goal for Mandi Cheese Shop is to provide the best cheeses at a fair price.  We offer our products in a variety of shapes and sizes from pre-cuts weighing between 5 ounces and 1 pound to wheels weighing between 4 pounds and 75 pounds!  The larger wheels may be particularly useful to party planners and caterers putting together party displays.  The weights listed for each item are often approximate; weights vary from piece to piece.  We have priced each item based on the minimum weight to provide value to our customers. 

We carry cheeses from many of the finest cheesemakers around the world.  Popular cheeses include BelGioioso’s first-rate Italian style cheeses, Maytag and Salemville distinctive blues, Italian hallmarks such as parmigiano reggiano and Locatelli romano, English stiltons and cheddars, Norwegian gjetost and Jarlsberg, and Dutch Beemster goudas.  We continue to search for new items and new producers from here and abroad.
